Per the Governor’s Executive Order this afternoon to protect our students and staff across the State from the spread of the coronavirus, all Illinois public schools will be Open on Monday, March 16th. We will then close for two weeks. The date of closure will begin on Tuesday, March 17th through and including Monday, March 30th. As of right now, classes will resume on Tuesday, March 31st.  Elwood School will begin using e-Learning days on March 17th through March 20th and will begin spring break as scheduled.  We will also use an e-Learning Day on Monday, March 30th.  E-Learning day responsibilities will be shared with all families by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, March 16th so all students and parents are aware of their learning responsibilities during this school closure time.  Thank you for your continued support and cooperation in trying to keep our community healthy and safe.
