New Student and Kindergarten registration for the 2023-24 School Year:
Elwood School is accepting registration for the 2023-24 academic school year. If you have a child who will be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2023, or you are new to our school district, please click on the link below. You may stop by the school office to submit your completed registration packet. If you have any questions, please contact the school office at 815-423-5588.

Residency Re-Verification
Elwood School has begun the residency re-verification process for the 2023-24 school year for all current Elwood students. To upload your documents, please click here:
Registration Fees:
Half-Day Kindergarten: $55 per student
Full Day Kindergarten thru 5th grade $100.00 per student
6th - 8th grade $140.00 per student
Copies of the following documents are needed for re-verification:
Category 1: (one copy of one of the following documents)
- Current Real Estate Tax Bill
- Signed Lease
- Mortgage Statement
- Closing papers
AND
Category 2: (two copies of the following documents)
- Gas/Electric Bill
- Vehicle Registration
- Voter’s Registration
- Current Driver’s License
